The following modules have been designed to ensure that individuals benefit from targeted and relevant skills development interventions; interventions that address personal development needs, encouraging 'learners' to realise their full potential and career aspirations, as well as contributing to organisational effectiveness.

• Professional Presentation Skills - Participants will learn how to plan, prepare and deliver clear, persuasive presentations.
• Effective Communication Skills - Participants will learn and understand (through experience) the different communication methods, techniques and individual styles of communication. Participants will explore and develop the skills necessary to persuade and influence other people.
• Interview Skills - Participants will develop the effective questioning techniques that improve interview confidence and utility across a range of situations, e.g., selection, 'fact-finding' or performance interviews.
• Recruitment and Selection Success - Participants will understand and develop the essential skills and strategies for recruitment and selection success. Participants will hear about current (and emerging) best practice and understand relevant employment law.
• Networking for business success - Participants will develop the interpersonal skills and practise strategies for success in personal and professional networking.

Demonstrating commitment to skills development and improving individual capacity provides personal challenge and motivation, as well as enhancing organisation performance.
