The Executive Programme
A 'one-to-one' programme tailored to individual requirements, capability, values and career aspirations, recognising the difficulties and the challenges that leaders often face in seeking their ideal next role. This programme is designed to focus on the individual's personal agenda, as well as current market influences.
The Flexible Programme (for Managers and Team Members)
A practical 'one-to-one' programme designed to meet the needs of a range of individuals from different backgrounds and with varying levels of work experience and professional standing. The programme combines high levels of individual guidance with extremely practical advice and support and focuses on the key issues of finding employment and/or achieving a career change. Ongoing counselling and coaching is an integral part of the process.
We can also include Self Employment / Business Start-Up in an individual Outplacement programme if the client wishes. This is a flexible module covering all aspects of setting up in business, consultancy, interim management and many other aspects of running your own business.
