Every organisation is unique in its requirements for its people and we work closely with your organisation's senior HR or management team to ensure that we meet those requirements.

The Group Programme (for Groups or Teams from the same organisation). An event for 6 - 10 individuals (delivered over 1 or 2 days or combinations of half days) that draws out the group's abilities to 'self help' and support colleagues through personal experience. This is also a cost effective route to providing Outplacement services to a wide audience. Topics covered are likely to include some or all of the following:

• Redundancy Survival Guide - highly practical guide to coping during those difficult early days and weeks
• Career Appraisal - identifying core skills & competencies and future career direction
• CV Preparation - creating up-to-date, highly professional CVs
• Self Marketing - learning successful marketing strategies including completing application forms and writing effective covering letters
• The Job Market - practical, well-informed advice on all aspects of job search
• Interview Techniques and Preparation - strategies to boost confidence and learning how to handle tough interview questions

The programme can be adapted to include other areas of interest such as Presentation Skills, Psychometric Assessment, Alternative Employment Options, Business Start-Up or Retirement Issues. The programme can also be expanded to include one or more one-to-one sessions with a New Horizons Consultant - the choice is yours.

Many of our organisational clients opt for a mixed programme - the Combined Group and Individual Programme. This is a highly flexible option made up of intensive one-to-one sessions on issues which are unique to each individual with the remainder of the programme being covered on a group basis.
